FCHarris is a family business which was established in 1881. The company is managed currently by Alan and Graham Harris, the
fourth
generation. They work with a hands-on approach in order to achieve good customer liaison.
We have considerable experience
in working in occupied premises. We carry out work from small jobs to large projects including property maintenance calls, refurbishments, improvements, and
new works to residential, commercial, and educational property.
We employ all trades including electricians, plumbers, roofers,
etc. so we can offer a full range of building services. All members of our team, tradesmen and management, are committed to high
quality workmanship so you can be assured of the outcome from the first contact to the end result . We also work with
other proven companies so we can cover other aspects, e.g.floor coverings.

Being in Beckenham we are well placed for working in the LB
Bromley area as well as Central London, S.E.London, Kent, and parts of Surrey, Sussex, and Essex. We currently work anywhere
accessible off the M25 as well, but obviously the more local the better.
We are members of the Federation of Master Builders
and registered on the FMB MasterBond/Trustmark scheme. We are CORGI registered for gas work, and we are approved for all electrical
work. We are also accredited under the SAFEcontractor scheme.
We have many repeat clients, both private and business. It is our
aim to provide a complete service. We provide free estimates for genuine enquiries; we can also advise on construction, layouts, and
any aspect of Security, Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, etc. We can also make submissions to Local Authorities including
drawings and structural calculations if required.
