Leadwork including parapet/valley gutters, flashings, soakers, dormers etc.

Works to instal Velux type windows or rooflights up to complete loft conversions.

 

Clearing/repairing gutters and downpipes as well as works to fascia and soffits.

General repairs to brick work including, repointing, rebuilding, and Helifix structural repairs.

 

Support as necessary, cut out openings for additional doorway or window, and make good.

 

New work to form walls either single skin or cavity construction with insulation.

 

All internal plastering to setting finish on brick or block walls and plaster board partitions,

hard finishes eg. sand/cement rendering and/or pebble dashing type materials.
